The proposed development was for a bespoke end user producing and packaging a range of soap based products. That company has since left the building and it is now occupied by TNT.
The site being the surplus part of a site originally presented to us by the client as the site for another industrial unit.
Along the frontage of the building a two storey block of offices and staff accommodation. Behind that the production area. All of which contained in a clear span steel portal framed building with insulated panel cladding, industrial roller shutter doors and secure yard to the rear.
