As part of the works to a very large, redundant industrial building involving alteration, subdivision and remodelling to accommodate a range of bespoke businesses.
A commission including writing the brief, reviewing the development options to detail design, to construction and completion.
To alter this part of the building to create a public sales and display area plus administration offices plus a large storage / deliveries / despatch area. That area to also store and control chemicals.
The frontage of the building to be altered and overclad as a relatively simple re-packaging of the building and the appropriate corporate branding on the frontage.
